Actor Hrithik Roshan has started the shoot of his upcoming movie Super 30, a biopic on the life of mathematician Anand Kumar. On Tuesday, the actor also unveiled his first look from the movie. In the first-look photograph, a bearded Hrithik seems to be lost in his thoughts while looking at something. The film is based on the life and times of Bihar’s maths genius Kumar (portrayed by Hrithik), who is a mathematics wizard and teaches 30 meritorious and talented candidates each year from economically backward sections for the entrance examination for the Indian Institute of Technology.

The makers have not yet revealed about the casting of the female lead in the movie. However, if a report in Mumbai Mirror is anything to go by, popular TV show Kumkum Bhagya actor Mrunal Thakur has been roped in for the project. Mrunal will reportedly play Hrithik’s love interest in the movie.
“The shoot started after 2 pm on Tuesday with a pooja sequence on the banks of Ganga. After that, Hrithik and Mrunal filmed at Ramnagar Fort. A part of the fort has been converted to look like a coaching institute for the shoot,” a source was quoted as saying by Mumbai Mirror.
